Delivery costs £4.95 in the UK (excludes Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas).

We will need a signature on delivery.

Lead time

All our items are made to order, the current lead time on all items is 4 – 6 weeks currently.

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut for you. We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics before placing an order. Please take extra care when placing order, double check measurements supplied for our bench cushions.

Please inspect your items when you receive them. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, please email info@turtle-hare.co.uk.
